Some of these providers may store data outside Australia — in particular Thinkific operates servers in the United States and Canada. By using our platform you consent to this transfer.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card details at any point

We use Google Workspace for email, which includes industry-standard security controls
No data transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to us.
6. Data breach notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
