2.1 Enrolment is personal to you. Your login credentials must not be shared with any other person.

2.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own personal professional development only.

2.3 Access to course content is provided for 12 months from the date of enrolment, after which access may expire without refund.

2.4 The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any enrolment that is reasonably believed to be in breach of these terms, without refund.

2.5 Access to the course may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, platform outages, software updates, technical failures, cyber incidents, or events outside the Provider's reasonable control. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the course platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, technical failures, service interruptions, or security incidents attributable to third-party platform providers, including Thinkific.

2.6 In circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control — including but not limited to serious illness, natural disaster, regulatory intervention, or the cessation of a third-party platform — the Provider may suspend, modify, or discontinue the course. In such circumstances the Provider will use reasonable endeavours to provide affected learners with reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund for unused access.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

3.1 Course fees are as listed on the enrolment page at the time of purchase. All fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.

3.2 Payment is processed securely through Thinkific's payment platform or associated payment providers. The Provider does not store payment card details.

3.3 The Provider reserves the right to change course fees at any time. Fee changes do not affect enrolments already completed.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 A full refund will be provided if requested within 14 days of enrolment, provided that fewer than three modules have been marked as complete by the platform.

4.2 No refund will be provided once three or more modules have been marked as complete, or after 14 days from the date of enrolment, whichever occurs first.

4.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

4.4 The Provider is not responsible for refunds arising solely from technical issues attributable to the learner's own device, internet connection, software, or browser configuration.

4.5 Nothing in this refund policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND NO CLINICAL ADVICE

5.1 This course is provided for general professional education and continuing professional development purposes only.

5.2 The content of this course does not constitute clinical advice, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or organisational consulting advice. It is not a substitute for independent professional judgement in any individual clinical situation.

5.3 Clinical practice must always be guided by the registered practitioner's own assessment of the individual patient, applicable clinical guidelines, institutional policies, staffing requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.

5.4 The Provider makes no representation that the content of this course is appropriate, complete, or sufficient for any specific clinical setting, patient population, healthcare service, or jurisdiction outside Australia.

5.5 Financial figures, benchmarks, operational estimates, utilisation metrics, and workflow examples provided in this course are indicative only and based on publicly available information, operational assumptions, and industry observations available at the time of writing. They should not be relied upon for business planning, investment decisions, workforce planning, budgeting, or financial reporting without independent verification.

5.6 The Provider does not guarantee any particular clinical, operational, organisational, financial, accreditation, employment, or performance outcome arising from completion of the course.

5.7 The course does not advocate for operational efficiency measures that compromise patient safety, professional standards, staffing requirements, accreditation standards, or regulatory obligations.

6. ACCURACY AND CURRENCY OF CONTENT

6.1 The Provider has taken reasonable care to ensure that course content is accurate and evidence-based at the time of publication.

6.2 Medical, clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory information is subject to change. The Provider does not warrant that course content remains current following publication and accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on content that has subsequently been superseded, amended, or updated.

6.3 References to Australian regulatory frameworks, funding models, pricing data, benchmarking data, and IHACPA National Efficient Price figures reflect the position at the time of writing and may not reflect subsequent changes.

6.4 The Provider will endeavour to update material content changes within a reasonable time but does not guarantee that all content is current at the time of access.

6.5 The course may contain references or links to third-party materials, websites, publications, calculators, or resources. The Provider is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party materials.

7. CPD AND ACCREDITATION

7.1 This course is designed to support continuing professional development activities for registered health practitioners in Australia.

7.3 It is the learner's responsibility to determine whether this course meets the specific CPD requirements of their registering body, college, employer, or credentialing organisation. The Provider makes no warranty that completion of this course satisfies any particular CPD obligation.

7.4 Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all required course components, including any assessed elements. The Provider reserves the right to withhold certificates where assessment requirements have not been genuinely completed, or where platform analytics indicate systemic non-engagement or automated progression through the core learning materials.

7.5 The Provider accepts no responsibility for any consequence arising from a learner's reliance on this course to satisfy a CPD obligation that is subsequently found not to have been met.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All course content — including but not limited to written modules, infographics, diagrams, workflows, dashboards, case scenarios, assessment questions, videos, audio recordings, downloadable materials, and supporting resources — is the intellectual property of the Provider unless otherwise stated and is protected by Australian copyright law and applicable intellectual property laws.

10.1 In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or your use of the course, you agree to contact the Provider in writing at [email protected] and allow a period of 14 days for the Provider to respond and attempt to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

10.2 This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court where necessary to protect their rights.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from or in connection with your use of or reliance on the course, including but not limited to clinical decisions, operational decisions, staffing decisions, financial decisions, accreditation outcomes, loss of CPD credits, or technical failures of the course platform.
